What are the management fees for my property?
The rate depends on each property and our service. It starts from 10% and can go up to 25% + VAT. Management plans start from:
Holiday rental management: 17% + VAT.
Temporary rental management: 10% + VAT.
Are there any extra costs?
No. We are fully transparent and all our rates are mentioned, negotiated and agreed in the contract.
Am I safe from ‘squatting’?
We implement proactive measures to protect the property. All guests are thoroughly checked and registered with the authorities. In addition, we have special insurance policies that can be taken out for additional protection. However, none of our properties have experienced this problem.
How profitable is holiday renting?
Yes, it is much more profitable than a long-term rental, around +30% in income or even more.
Do you assist in obtaining any needed license?
Yes, but it depends on the region of Spain. In Catalonia there are some restrictions, so each case must be analyzed individually.
What to do if I don't have a tourist rental license?
This must be assessed individually depending on the region of Spain and local regulations. For example, in Barcelona we recommend renting the property on a temporary rental basis, with bookings starting from 31 days and up to a maximum of 11 months.
In which areas do we operate?
We operate in Catalonia and will soon start operating in Malaga and its surroundings.
Can I use my property for my personal holiday?
Yes, it is no problem.
What services do we offer?
Airbnb setup service: includes professional photo shoot, design and furniture recommendation.
Digital support: we offer it for 10% of the gross revenue.
Price optimization.
Professional cleaning service.
Software for owners: allows you to view the calendar, bookings and financial data of the property.
Maintenance service: if something is damaged in your property, we will repair it within the conditions of our contract.
